The One is for those who want and need a little extra pampering, the 5 star hotel is beautiful. A portuguese contemporary art hotel. It has an art gallery, great breakfast and pool terrace, a small gym and spa. Beautiful salones and cozy seating areas. I loved my stay here. My room was warm and cozy.

I can't say enough about our experience at The One Hotel - Palácio da Anunciada. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and the service was seamless.
We arrived to a warm welcome from Marina and Andre, both of whom were lovely and ensured we knew everything about the hotel, its services and the location as it was our first time in Lisbon. Ricardo, the concierge provided amazing guidance for day trips, dining options and the best way to see the sights. He was friendly and attentive and his suggestions were on point.
Breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in Europe; a la carte options were delicious and served in the most stunning dining room. On our last evening, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel's restaurant Condes de Ericeira which was one of the best meals we had in Lisbon. Our servers, Fernando and Eduardo made us feel at home and suggested menu items and wines that exceeded our expectations (the beet risotto was outstanding!).
Lastly, the guest rooms and facilities are absolutely 5-star. Extremely comfortable beds, great lighting, thoughtful amenities and arguably the best location in town where most everything can be accessed on foot. There is no doubt that we will return when our travels bring us back to Lisbon.

The One...no one better!

Our room at the "The One" was amazing - very comfortable in terms of room size (particularly the bathroom facilities) and bed, and tremendous facilities and charm! The staff were second to none - friendly, thorough, professional - and made our stay highly pleasurable! That goes for all staff - lobby, dining, spa and room service staff.
